PAPA ZA’S KITCHEN
Not only is 2-minute garlic shrimp super tasty, its also super quick. There are not a lot of things we can accomplish in 2 minutes but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t try. And now you get a near instant reward too. A quick mince with the garlic while the pan heats up, toss a little butter in the pan when its hot and boom, 1 minute each side and you have some delicious 2-minute garlic shrimp.
You want to flip the shrimps just as they start to turn pink and take off off the heat when both sides are done. Quick, simple and awesome, sometimes you just can’t beat the basics. 2-minute Garlic Shrimp
Equipment
- CAST IRON PAN
Ingredients
- 1½ cup Shrimp (about 20 deveined and deshelled)
- 1 tbsp Garlic (diced)
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Dice garlic and heat the pan to medium-high heat.
- Use deveined and deshelled shrimps, or you can do it yourself.
- In cast iron (or any frying pan) melt butter and add garlic and shrimp on medium-high heat for 1 minute each side, turn off heat and remove from pan.
