9. Everything breadsticks
If it’s good enough for a bagel, then it’s darn well good enough for a breadstick. These sourdough everything breadsticks are awesome. Reminiscent of a warm everything bagel on a cool, crisp morning, these everything breadsticks are so tasty you may wanna eat them for more than just breakfast.
We’ve done breadsticks a few different ways and we gotta say, nothing brings your tastebuds closer to your favourite bagel shop than these ones. Warm, buttery, crispy on the outside but soft on the inside, and packed full of that everything seasoning flavour. They’re everything you need and more.
8. Coffee Cake
The most misleading of the cakes, this sourdough coffee cake is amazing, even though there’s no coffee in coffee cake. Why you ask? Well were not sure but were guessing because it goes great with coffee. But what cake doesn’t go great with a cup of joe.
With or without coffee this sourdough coffee cake is incredible, it is soft and fluffy, sweet and crumbly. But most of all its just plain delicious and pretty easy to whip up. And after you’ve put in the work you’ll definitely deserve a coffee break.
7. Pepperoni Calzone
After a few attempts we figured it out. An amazing sourdough pepperoni calzone recipe worth the fight. We failed a few times so you don’t have to, just make sure you seal the calzone very well. Or it will open up in the oven and kinda just turn back into a pizza.
Pizza is great, we may be bias, but we can’t deny the greatness of pizza. But when you just need to eat a folded up pizza, this sourdough pepperoni calzone recipe is the one! Loaded with pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce, the secret is the proportions. Not too much but definitely not too little.
6. Cinnamon Rolls
Fluffy and sticky and totally delicious. These sourdough cinnamon rolls rock! Tasty little clouds sprinkled and coated with a caramel like cinnamon filling. Covered in a sweet and delightful icing thats oeey and gooey, and covers all the right places.
After a few attempts to get this recipe right, it was worth the wait. Making sure that you let the dough rest in between the other steps is crucial to making these their best self!
5. Alfredo breadsticks
When regular breadsticks just wont cut it, this sourdough alfredo breadsticks recipe will shake things up. With a comforting homemade alfredo sauce these sticks will be a soon go to for any breadstick lover. Is there such a thing as a breadstick connoisseur? If there is they’ll want to learn this recipe fast.
Fresh parsley makes a delightful impact with such a rich and delicious sauce. And mozzarella cheese goes great with all of the creamy parmesan from the alfredo. Whatever these sticks can do, they’ll do it for you!
4. Focaccia
Get your foc on with this sourdough focaccia bread recipe, and the best part is there is no kneading. Well I lied, that’s not the best part, the best part is eating this delicious airy delight. Fluffy with a bit of chew, this is the focaccia for you. Whoa sorry that was cheesy, unlike this herb focaccia bread, maybe a cheese focaccia will be next? Darn, now I want cheese.
Ok, back on track. Despite the lack of cheese, this focaccia bread hits the spot, and of course we need the oil and balsamic dip. Magic happens when olive oil and balsamic vinegar join the party, definitely the guest of honour but the star is and always will be this delicious sourdough focaccia.
3. Pizza Burger
Why have we not done this before! A sourdough pizza burger with parmesan garlic bread, like come on. This should be sold in every store that sells burgers, and pizza’s for that matter. A sourdough pizza burger with mozza is and always will be a good thing.
2 slices of mozzarella cheese, 1 burger patty and 10 slices or pan-fried pepperoni. All nestled together with 2 amazing toasty parmesan garlic bread buns, smothered in tomato sauce. Like yeah, this is what you need, I just had one and I want two more.
2. Pancakes
Hands down the best sourdough pancakes recipe we have ever made. We’ve tried many different recipes before this one and they haven’t been great. But this sourdough pancakes recipe is amazing. Fantastic fluffy little pancakes you will keep going back for, until you have to whip up another batch.
Butter and syrup… pancakes best friends, and why wouldn’t they be. These golden brown tasty treats are just asking to be covered in butter and showered in syrup. Go ahead, try it and tell us were wrong, we dare you!
1. 100 Mini Pizzas
Wow 100 videos! It goes by so fast when you get to eat pizza. We decided to celebrate this wonderous occasion with 100 of the things we know best, pizza! That’s right! We made 100 Sourdough Mini Pizzas. They may be small but I assure you they are fierce. Covered in the classic winning pizza combination, sauce, cheese and pepperoni.
If you don’t want to make 100 sourdough mini pizzas this recipe will scale well, and if ya wanna make 200 I don’t blame you, these little guys are dangerous. Like a potato chip you cant resist, these mini pizzas are the answer to any snackers question.
