Grape and Prosciutto Pizza Recipe

Grape and Prosciutto Pizza RecipeGrapes? Yes, grapes. Has Papa Za lost his mind, yes, long ago. But this Grape and Prosciutto pizza recipe finds a place in our hearts, it’s so freakin’ good. The expectations on this one were unknown, but we are glad we did it! Not only did we knock this pizza challenge out of the park, we also found a new pizza friend… grapes, I know I know, but ya gotta try it before you knock it.

Green grapes, prosciutto, blue cheese, walnuts and some fresh arugula to make it all fancy-like. Despite its pretentiousness, this is a pizza I would invite back to the party, if it had any friends, they could come too. Who knows whatever kind of grape concoction will blow our minds next, can there possibly be another grape pizza challenge? We haven’t used red grapes yet… If you have a pizza challenge, well, challenge us, what are you waiting for?! Let’s make some weird wild pizza together!

Cobb Salad Pizza Recipe

WEIRD WILD PIZZA OF THE WEEK

Cobb Salad Pizza Recipe

Cobb Salad Pizza RecipeCobb you believe it?! This one is a little weird even for us but this Cobb Salad pizza recipe was a real delight. Packed with depths of savory flavour from the bacon, chicken and blue cheese, with the added freshness of lettuce, tomato, avocado, chives and an unusual pizza addition of hard boiled eggs. Which I assure you the hard boiled egg totally rocks on this pizza, and what Cobb salad would be complete without it. And that zing from the red wine dressing ties this stupendous salad pizza together.

Could this be the best salad to put on a pizza? We would say yes. Could there be a better salad to put on a pizza? Honestly we have no idea, this was a bit of a stretch as it is. It’s the hard boiled eggs, we know it, you know it, but once again these eggs were done right and we would take a slice of this any night!

WEIRD WILD PIZZA OF THE WEEK

Turkey Provolone Pizza with Pesto Aioli

Turkey Provolone Pizza with Pesto Aioli

Somethings are worth the wait, like this Turkey Provolone Pizza with Pesto Aioli. Costco can be a struggle for sure. But what makes it all worth while is at the end they have extremely attractive food offerings when you emerge from the longest line you’ve been in for some time. Suspiciously affordable, and suspiciously super tasty, this Turkey Provolone Pizza checks both those boxes and is inspired by the classic Costco turkey provolone sandwich.

Thick slices of cooked turkey meat with mozzarella and provolone, cheesy is an understatement. Because this thing is a cheese bomb. Juicy tomato slices and red onions cooked to perfection, adds a nice touch of freshness. And have you tired the pesto aioli, damn that’s good. The bonus here is that there’s no waiting in line for this pizza, and you can eat it all if ya want!
