Hands down the tateriest and the toteriest thing we’ve come up with so far. This Tater Tot pizza recipe crushes it! Sweet and tangy ketchup and the crispy delight of the one of a kind Tater Tots, are the perfect pair. A fan favorite is born.

Yeah maybe it is carbs on carbs but so what, we did it and it rocks. There will be more Tater Tot pizza coming for sure, because this one went so darn fast and tasted so darn good. Ketchup is the classic but we got a few tricks up our sleeves for the next ones. Tater tots for life.

Tater Tot Pizza

  • BAKING STEEL

TOPPINGS

  • 2 cups Tater Tots
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Ketchup

WILD PIZZA DOUGH

  • 2 cups Sourdough starter
  • 1 cup Bread flour
  • 1 tsp Salt

WILD PIZZA DOUGH (1 hour)

  1. Make your dough by mixing the sourdough starter, salt, and bread flour (adding a bit of flour at a time until it takes shape but is still a little sticky).

  2. Knead the dough for 30 seconds, flour lightly as needed.

  3. Place the wild dough in a lightly floured bowl and cover with a towel, set aside for 1 hour. (The pizza steel or stone needs to preheat for 1 hour as well, so preheat oven to 550°F after you finish making your pizza dough).

PIZZA

  1. Bake ½ bag of Tater Tots @ 420°F for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for 10 more minutes. Let cool slightly.

  2. Preheat oven to 550°F with baking steel or pizza stone inside the oven for 30 minutes.

  3. Flour surface and roll out the dough. Put a floured pizza peel underneath the dough.

  4. Add ketchup to pizza, then add mozzarella cheese, then tater tots, and pat down.

  5. Bake pizza at 550°F for 8-10 minutes, by sliding pizza onto baking steel with pizza peel.

  6. Remove pizza from oven with pizza peel. Let cool for 5 minutes, slice and enjoy!

Worth writing a haiku or two over, make sure you bust this out at your next dinner party. Not only are the slices chip shaped, you don’t even need any darn chips to begin with. Shop smart!

Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, with sour cream and cream cheese. It is exactly as creamy as it sounds, and just as delicious. Plus there’s spinach in it so it’s gotta be healthy, right? Well healthy or not here I come!

  • 2 cups Spinach ((fresh))
  • 1½ cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Plain cream cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Parsley ((fresh))
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

WILD PIZZA DOUGH

  • 2 cups Sourdough starter

WILD PIZZA DOUGH (1 hour)

  2. Knead the dough for 30 seconds, flour lightly as needed.

PIZZA

  1. Preheat oven to 550°F with baking steel or pizza stone inside the oven.

  2. Bring cream cheese to room temperature, about 1 hour.

  3. Steam spinach 1 minute, let cool and squeeze out excess water, then chop.

  4. Mince garlic and chop parsley.

  5. Make your spinach dip. In a large bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, spinach, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper, then mix well.

  6. Flour surface and roll out the dough. Put a floured pizza peel underneath the dough.

  7. Add 2 cups spinach dip to pizza.

  8. Bake pizza at 550°F for 8-10 minutes, by sliding pizza onto baking steel with pizza peel.

  9. Remove pizza from oven with pizza peel. Let cool for 5 minutes, slice and enjoy!

Here comes the boom with this bomb diggity Falafel Pizza recipe. The long soak for chickpeas takes a bit but it’s worth it, these fried balls of falafel are nice and tender with all the flavour you would expect. And if you want we made a great sauce to go right on top of these delicious heaven balls.

Tahini sauce, smothered in mozzarella covered in falafel, come on! If you like falafel this pizza will rock your socks off. Topped with fresh cucumbers, tomatoes and arugula this fried delight gets the light pop it needs, and the depth of flavours you want.

Falafel Pizza Recipe

Falafel Pizza

TOPPINGS

  • 2 cups Falafel (instructions below*)
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Tahini
  • 1 cup Yogurt sauce (instructions below*)
  • ½ cup Arugula
  • ½ cup Cucumber
  • ½ cup Tomato

WILD PIZZA DOUGH

  • 2 cups Sourdough starter
  • 1 cup Bread flour
  • 1 tsp Salt

FALAFEL*

  • 1 cup Dried chickpeas
  • 2 cups Water
  • ½ cup Red onion
  • 1 cup Parsley (fresh)
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • ½ tsp Cardamom
  • ½ tsp Baking soda
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne pepper

YOGURT SAUCE*

  • 1 cup Plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • ½ tsp Salt

FALAFEL*

  1. Soak chickpeas in water for 24 hours. Rinse. Add to food processor.

  2. Chop onion, garlic, parsley and add to food processor. Add baking soda, salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, cardamom and cayenne pepper. Mix until well blended.

  3. Cover mix and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Make falafel using 1½ tbsp of mix per ball.

  4. In cast iron pan bring ½" of cooking oil to medium heat. Cook falafel 1-2 minutes each side, or until golden brown. Remove from heat, set aside to cool.

YOGURT SAUCE*

  1. Mix yogurt, lemon juice, cumin and salt. Add to squeeze bottle.

  3. Dice cucumbers and tomatoes.

  4. Flour surface and roll out the dough. Put a floured pizza peel underneath the dough.

  5. Add tahini, mozzarella cheese then falafel. Pat down the toppings before putting into the oven.

  6. Bake pizza at 550°F for 8-10 minutes, by sliding pizza onto baking steel with pizza peel.

  7. Remove pizza from oven with pizza peel. Let cool for 5 minutes. Add yogurt sauce and slice up that pizza!

One of the absolute most classic bagels ever, maybe the most memorable and definitely worth trying on a pizza. This lox bagel pizza recipe is incredibly simple and incredibly tasty. With a beautifully rich flavour from the salmon, capers and onions on a creamy, cheesy warm slice of sourdough pizza. If the bagel shop is closed and you need to hit that lox bagel craving this is the way to do it!

Topped with red onions and capers, with delicious smoked salmon lox all resting on the original cream cheese with an added touch of melted mozzarella. Daring enough to toss some fish on this lox bagel pizza and glad we did! Because this risk was worth taking. Here fishy fishy!

We all know you can’t get the McRib all year round, but this pizza hack solves that incredible problem. Say hello to the McDonald’s inspired McRib Pizza. We start with a bunch of rib meat, that’s sweet, savoury and sauced to perfection. Topped with thin sliced white onions and dill pickles sliced in thin rounds.

More sauce, we use Sweet Baby Rays but anything sweet and tangy will do the trick. And some cheese is needed to finish off this beast, and when it’s ready, what a treat it is indeed. You can’t get a McRib all year round but you can make the McRib Pizza whenever the heck you want!

  • 1 cup Bread flour
  • 1 tsp Salt

RIBS*

  • 1 rack Pork back ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

WILD PIZZA DOUGH (1 hour)

  1. Make your dough by mixing the sourdough starter, salt, and bread flour (adding a bit of flour at a time until it takes shape but is still a little sticky).

  2. Knead the dough for 30 seconds, flour lightly as needed.

  3. Place the wild dough in a lightly floured bowl and cover with a towel, set aside for 1 hour. (The pizza steel or stone needs to preheat for 1 hour as well, so preheat oven to 550°F after you finish making your pizza dough).

RIBS*

  1. Remove membrane from back of ribs with paper towel. Quarter ribs, then use ½ cup BBQ sauce on both sides and season with salt and pepper. Add ½ cup water to pressure cooker then add ribs. Close and set to pressure cook for 1 hour.

  2. When ribs are done remove from pressure cooker (venting properly and following instapot safety instructions) and place ribs meat side up on a baking pan. Use another ½ cup BBQ sauce to coat the meat side of the ribs. Broil in oven 2-3 minutes watching carefully so the ribs do not burn.

  3. Remove ribs from oven and let ribs cool, then remove meat from bones and shred. Set aside 2 cups of rib meat.

PIZZA

  1. Preheat oven to 550°F with baking steel or pizza stone inside the oven.

  2. Slice onions and pickles into rounds.

  3. Grate mozzarella cheese.

  4. Flour surface and roll out the dough. Put a floured pizza peel underneath the dough.

  5. Add 1 cup BBQ sauce, mozzarella cheese, then rib meat, pickles and onions. Pat down the toppings before putting into the oven.

  6. Bake pizza at 550°F for 8-10 minutes, by sliding pizza onto baking steel with pizza peel.

  7. Remove pizza from oven with pizza peel. Let cool for 5 minutes. Slice it up!
