Chicken Karaage Pizza

Chicken Karaage Pizza

Chicken Karaage Pizza

Chicken karaage that tastes just like the real deal…. because it is! Now take that amazing chicken and make yourself a chicken karaage pizza, you won’t be disappointed.  This recipe stays true to the classic recipe with a delicious marinade of soy sauce, sake (or mirin if you’re in a pinch) fresh garlic and ginger. Japanese fried chicken is some of the best fried chicken world wide, hands down.

The secret to a great chicken karaage is deep frying it twice. Not only does this make it crispier but it also makes the chicken so very tender and delicious by giving the chicken a break in between frying. Topped with green onions for the freshness. This chicken karaage pizza has such bold flavors that shine, especially when you add the comforting zing and kick from the wasabi mayo. Spicy mayo for the win!

Loaded Nacho Pizza

loaded nacho pizza slice

The ultimate party starter, a loaded nacho pizza. I don’t really have to say much more, but since you’re here I wouldn’t be a very good host if I left you hanging. Not only have we brought everything great about nachos to a pizza, but we put a dab of sour cream and a pickled jalapeno to boot.

All the classic ingredients have been invited to this rager, we got salsa, nacho beef, cheddar, olives, peppers, onions and just because we can we added a couple cups of mozzarella to tie it all together. Topped with fresh tomatoes and crushed tortillas chips, what more could you ask for.

Gyoza Pizza

Gyoza Pizza

Gyoza pizza slice

Why you ask would we make a gyoza pizza and what’s wrong with us? Both of these are good questions. But would you believe that it’s actually amazing. Well it totally is. Gyoza are incredible on their own and dipped or drenched in ponzu (we don’t judge) makes them even better.

When you add some fresh green onions, mozzarella cheese and slap it all on a pizza, you got yourself a winner. At first we were a bit concerned about mixing gyoza and mozza but for some strange reason it is delicious. The ponzu does a great job of tying this gyoza pizza together, just make sure you don’t use too much or it will make a mess when baking. We found a 1/4 cup of ponzu is the perfect amount.

Flamin’ Hot Cheeto Mac N Cheese Pizza

Hot Cheeto mac n cheese pizza

Oh what have we done now, well, we made a Flamin’ Hot Cheeto mac n cheese pizza. We weren’t even challenged, we just did it. Why would we do such a thing you ask. Simply put, we like mac and cheese, and we like hot Cheetos. Wasn’t the natural choice a Flamin’ Hot Cheeto mac n cheese pizza. What would you have done?

Pretty great and pretty spicy, this beast gets unleashed the more you eat. The fire spreads through you like a dragon, and it’s about the same colour of fiery flames. Super cool and very tasty, just watch out for that spice attack.
