PAPA ZA’S KITCHEN
Five spice powder is a combination of spices that you will never forget, used sparingly it will add an immense flavour profile. It goes great with braised pork belly, especially when you put it on a pizza. Most definitely a distinct flavour that will make you want more.
Just remember to use a coffee or spice grinder dedicated to spices or your coffee might have a whole new spice blend. You can also use all ground spices and skip the coffee grinder step. Either way you will end up with a great five spice powder.
