How much do you feed a sourdough starter? Feed your sourdough starter equal parts starter, water and flour. Approximately 50 grams of starter, water and flour (1/4 cup starter, 1/4 cup water and 1/3 cup flour). Or equals parts of however much starter you have to water and flour.
