PAPA ZA’S KITCHEN
Classic and simple, perfect hard boiled eggs are the ultimate snack. A dash a salt and an egg, how can it be so delightful you may ask, we don’t know but we know they’re excellent. The trick to getting perfect hard boiled eggs is timing and heat.
You don’t want to cook it too long or too short, you gotta cook em’ just right. So follow this sure fire recipe and you’ll have some tasty hard boiled eggs. Eat them all right away or store them in the fridge for a few days for a quick and ready snack.
Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs

Servings: 4 eggs
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp White vinegar
- Water (for boiling)
- Add eggs to pot and cover with cold water, then add a dash of salt and vinegar. Bring to a boil, turn off heat and cover. Let sit for 12 minutes.
- Remove eggs with a a slotted spoon and transfer to a large bowl with ice water. Let sit for 15 minutes. Remove with slotted spoon.
- Peel, rinse and enjoy.
