Today we bring you pizza fail #2 (cranberry brie pizza), twice. And it’s all the cheeses fault. Not only did we fail once on this pizza but we even tried it for a second attempt and blew that too. The first cheese wheel was almost the size of a small bike tire so we know that was a big risk. But the second one wasn’t THAT big so though it would work great. NOPE. Another fail.
Luckily we got it on the third attempt, but it was at best a cheesy victory. One of the keys we found to a cranberry brie pizza success was to remove that pesky rind. Which is probably a no brainer but we all have our days, it too bad we had two. Brie and cranberry are natural friends, just make sure to remove that rind and to not buy the biggest brie wheel you can find. Or even the second biggest, pick the size down from that and you should be just fine.
