PAPA ZA’S KITCHEN
A super delicious roasted chicken you can whip up at home, all you need is a whole chicken, some butter, salt, pepper and a bit of an appetite. Or if you’re nice you can share it with some people you really like. Oh and don’t forget the roasting pan, you’re also going to need one of those. If you don’t have a big ol’ roasting pan a cooking tray will do just fine, but don’t use a flat cooking tray because all the tasty chicken juices will make a huge mess in the oven and you want to keep those in the pan!
Make sure the bird has an internal temp. of 165 degrees F to make sure its good to go. And we know its hard to wait but letting this roasted chicken rest for 10-15 minutes after its done cooking will help those juices stay in the bird before slicing it up.
