Sourdough Waffles
Equipment
- WAFFLE MAKER
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sourdough starter active
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup Milk
- ¼ cup Butter melted
- ½ tsp Salt
Instructions
- In large bowl, add dry ingredients and mix well. Add wet ingredients, mx until smooth.
- Preheat waffle maker to med-high.
- Add ½ cup waffle batter to waffle maker when it is preheated. Remove waffle when waffle maker when is done.
- Recipe makes 4 waffles.
