8 Cheese Pesto Pizza Recipe

It’s difficult to fit anymore cheese than this on to one pizza. 8 Cheese Pesto PizzaTrust me, we tried.  But this 8 Cheese Pesto Pizza recipe will have all the cheese that you will need.  Mozzarella, Cheddar, Havarti, Monterey Jack, smoked Gruyere, Parmigiano-Reggiano, Edam and Gouda, that just about covers it. But lets not dismiss the depths of flavors added by the garlic and basil surging from the pesto.

Classic pizza shop grease with this bad boy. We don’t need all our pizza to be capital G greasy, but sometimes you just gotta go for it. Comin’ at ya’ with 8 layers of cheesy flavor and the power of the pesto sauce, which does a great job of tying it all together.  Grab a slice, grab 2 napkins, and get goin’ on this cheesy challenge.

This week’s Weird Wild Pizza

A “Classic Spam Pizza” recipe, how can it be a classic if you’ve never Classic Spam Pizza Recipeheard of it? That’s a good point, and luckily I do have an answer for you. It’s a classic spam pizza because Papa Za took the classic elements you would find on a traditional spam sandwich, tomatoes, onions and cheese, and made it even better by bringing it all together on an amazing pizza.

The spam pizza is a special treat with each piece of pizza having it’s very own, cast iron pan-fried slice of spectacular spam. If you’re not a spam fan, I would still give it a go, you might like it, I mean, stranger things have happened.

This week’s Weird Wild Pizza

Montreal Smoked Meat Pizza

This is about as close as you’re gonna get to Montreal, unless you’re already there! We keepMontreal Smoked Meat Pizza it real here at Weird Wild Pizza with this Montreal smoked meat pizza recipe. The World Famous Schwartz’s does not mess around with their meat, with over 90 years of tradition, they are the oldest deli in Canada and are a Montreal classic. Arguably the best Montreal Smoked Meat on the planet, these guys know what’s up!  And it’s so fresh they make you cook it at home. Genius!

The wild pizza dough even gets in on the tradition of the sacred Montreal smoked meat, with a rye pizza crust. Slathered in none other than ‘THE’ classic yellow mustard, bold and tangy, the perfect addition to smoked meat on rye. And it wouldn’t be right without a fresh pickle. I know it doesn’t feel right seeing a pickle on a pizza but y’know what else isn’t right, a freakin’ Montreal smoked meat pizza without a pickle… ya gotta pick your battles.
