Shred cabbage and dice onion. Add oil to a large frying pan on medium high heat and saute cabbage and onions for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper, mix well. Add white wine and turn to low heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan.
Slice pear into 1/4" thick pieces. Add oil to a large frying pan on medium heat and saute pears 2-3 minutes each side or until done, stirring frequently.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Oil, salt and pepper 2 pork chops. In a large bowl mix together blue cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and pepper. Add oil and mix well. Add the breadcrumb mixture to the tops of the pork chops and pat down. Add oil to large oven safe frying pan and heat to medium high heat on the stove top, and cook pork chops (breadcrumb mixture side up) for 2-3 minutes. Then put the frying pan with the pork chops into the oven for 6-8 minutes. Remove the pork chops and let cool. Chop pork chops into bite sized pieces.
PIZZA
Preheat oven to 550 degrees with baking steel or pizza stone inside the oven for 1 hour.
Make your dough by mixing the sourdough starter, flour and salt together (adding a bit of flour at a time until it takes shape but is still a little sticky) and knead the dough for about 30 seconds.Place the dough in lightly floured bowl and cover with a towel, set aside for 1 hour.
Flour surface and roll out the dough. Put a floured pizza peel under the dough.
Grate mozzarella cheese.
Add sauce, cheese, and toppings.
Pat down the toppings before putting into the oven.
Bake pizza in the oven at 550 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Remove pizza from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
