Preheat oven to 550°F with baking steel or pizza stone inside the oven.
Bring cream cheese to room temperature, about 1 hour.
Steam spinach 1 minute, let cool and squeeze out excess water, then chop.
Mince garlic and chop parsley.
Make your spinach dip. In a large bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, spinach, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper, then mix well.
Flour surface and roll out the dough. Put a floured pizza peel underneath the dough.
Add 2 cups spinach dip to pizza.
Bake pizza at 550°F for 8-10 minutes, by sliding pizza onto baking steel with pizza peel.
Remove pizza from oven with pizza peel. Let cool for 5 minutes, slice and enjoy!
