  • Oven safe frying pan


  • 2 Pork chops
  • ½ cup Blue cheese
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F°
  • Oil, salt and pepper 2 pork chops. In a large bowl mix together blue cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and pepper. Add oil and mix well. Add the breadcrumb mixture to the tops of the pork chops and pat down.
  • Add oil to large oven safe frying pan and heat to medium high heat on the stove top, and cook pork chops (breadcrumb mixture side up) for 2-3 minutes.
  • Then put the frying pan with the pork chops into the oven for 6-8 minutes. Or until fully cooked. Remove the pork chops and let rest 5 minutes.
