Hot Honey Pepperoni Pickle Pizza

Hot Honey Pepperoni Pickle Pizza

Hot Honey Pepperoni Pickle Pizza

If you haven’t tried a hot honey pepperoni pickle pizza this recipe is a great place to start. The sensation of the hot and honey pizza with the classic pepperoni and the super weird addition of pickles makes this pizza odd but familiar and most importantly a delicious choice.  And how nice does a pickle round and a pepperoni look lying together on that bed of melted mozza and steamy tomato sauce.

You can add as little or as much of the hot honey sauce, we added a lot and it was terrific. But if you’re not totally sold on the hot honey sauce for pizza, just try a drizzle, you can always add some more when your taste buds change your mind. We also added a little parmesan shaker to this hot honey pepperoni pickle pizza to make this even better and if your a wild one then throw even more pepper flakes on there, nothing some ranch dip can’t sort out!

loaded nacho pizza

Loaded Nacho Pizza

loaded nacho pizza slice

The ultimate party starter, a loaded nacho pizza. I don’t really have to say much more, but since you’re here I wouldn’t be a very good host if I left you hanging. Not only have we brought everything great about nachos to a pizza, but we put a dab of sour cream and a pickled jalapeno to boot.

All the classic ingredients have been invited to this rager, we got salsa, nacho beef, cheddar, olives, peppers, onions and just because we can we added a couple cups of mozzarella to tie it all together. A loaded nacho pizza topped with fresh tomatoes and crushed tortillas chips, what more could you ask for.

Coffee rubbed beef pizza

Coffee Rubbed Beef Pizza

Coffee rubbed beef pizza

Wake up and smell the pizza? What morning could be better than starting it with this coffee rubbed beef pizza. Well maybe if it was Saturday morning but that’s only if you work weekdays. And if you don’t work, every day is Saturday! Might be getting a little off track here but the fact of the matter is this pizza rocks.

Weekdays or weekends, in the AM or the PM a coffee rubbed beef pizza will give you a little kick starter you can’t go wrong with. Sweet from the brown sugar but savory from the other herbs and spices in the odd but really tasty coffee rub. Will this replace the morning coffee, no definitely not, but it sure is a nice addition to the ritual.

1000 Pepperoni Pizza

1000 Pepperoni Pizza

We have lost our minds… yes, it is true. But we couldn’t have done it without you. A 1000 pepperoni pizza is ambitious and frankly super hard to make, but that didn’t stop us. We’re not sure how but this pizza actually worked? We were expecting an ambulance and a fire extinguisher may work their way into the picture. Luckily this time our expectations were wrong.

By far, the 1000 pepperoni pizza is the weirdest and wildest pizza we’ve made so far. But there are over 80 other weird wild pizzas we’ve made if your’e not into pepperoni, we got you covered. We aim to please, by making at least one weird pizza that even you will like! Or at the very least be the biggest Weirdoughs around… so far I think were doin’ a pretty good job!

Square cut regina style pizza

Regina Pizza

Regina pizza

What?! Baked round but cut square, who came up with such an idea? Let’s take a closer look at this square cut Regina pizza. At first we were like, ”but then how do you hold the middle pieces if they ain’t got no crust?” But any Regina pizza lover knows it doesn’t matter, no crust, no problem. In my opinion it actually makes those crustless pieces that much better, completely maxed out with toppings, you find a way to get it into your mouth.

Speaking of maxed out with toppings, I’ve yet to have a pizza so stacked with meat that left me wanting so much more. So this is how you do it, and the order I’ve been told is very important so after you roll out the dough you add: tomato sauce, thinly sliced mushrooms, meat, meat and more meat (you want a couple inches thick of meat) green peppers, onions, pineapple, and as much mozza as you can fit on top (we used about 3 cups). “The crustless pieces are mine! All mine I say”!
